Driver Charged in B&A Collision

On July 23rd, police arrested Robin Vera Colbert, 54, on charges relating to the collision that occurred on June 28 when she struck Katie Pohler, 23, and Todd Green, 27, while they were riding on the Baltimore and Annapolis Trail.  Charges include second-degree assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and negligent driving.

 

Amy Pohler is now on the road to recovery and is back at home, eating soft foods, and slowly regaining her ability to speak.  Her boyfriend, Todd Green, was released from the hospital in June and attended and spoke at the Anne Arundel Police Bike Safety Press Conference.
