Bike to the Event

If you live in the Baltimore area, consider bicycling or taking public transportation to Tour du Port. MTA Buses will bring you near Canton Waterfront Park & Canton Crossing.

Parking

Free parking lot is located around the corner at 1500 S. Clinton Street, Baltimore, MD 21224. Once this lot is full you will be directed to a lot slightly further down Clinton Street. Additional free parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood streets. These parking lots will be open at 6 AM and will close at 3 PM. Please remove your car by 3 PM or you will be charged for parking.

Canton Waterfront Park is located on the outskirts of a the Canton residential neighborhood. There are several streets with free off-site parking. Be sure not to park in permitted or 2 hour parking spots.

Driving Directions

From New York / Philadelphia and Points North

  • Take I-95 South.
  • Just before the Ft. McHenry Tunnel, take Exit 57 O’Donnell Street, toward Boston Street.
  • Go west O’Donnell Street becomes Boston Street
  • The parking lot is located at 1500 S Clinton Street

From Washington DC and Points South

  • Take I-95 North throughthe Ft. McHenry Tunnel.
  • Take Exit 57 O’Donnell Street, toward Boston Street.
  • Go west. O’Donnell Street becomes Boston Street
  • The parking lot is located at 1500 S Clinton Street

From Harrisburg / York and Points Northwest

  • Take I-83 South into Baltimore City.
  • At the end of I-83 South it becomes President St.
  • Turn Left onto Eastern Ave
  • Continue 2 miles and make a Right onto S Chester St
  • Then Left onto Boston Street
  • Past the Korean War Memorial
  • The parking lot is located at 1500 S Clinton Street

There are a couple of places where you can rent bikes for the ride. Links to shops with bicycle rental are below. Schedule your rental in advance, during August or September. Rentals are limted in both locations.
