All Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) meetings are open to the public. Unless otherwise noted, meetings begin at 4 p.m. in Room 104 of the Jefferson Building, 105 West Chesapeake Avenue in Towson. No meetings will be held when County schools are either closed for the day or subject to early dismissal due to inclement weather.
