Catoctin Challenge

Date: Saturday, July 23, through Sunday, July 24
Time: All Day

The Catoctin Challenge is an annual bike ride in Frederick County to benefit Camp Greentop. Camp Greentop, The League’s longest continuously running program, and our participant’s most cherished activity is the Camping and Therapeutic Recreation Program. The Camping and Therapeutic Recreation Programs at The League serve to enrich the quality of life for individuals and families, provide the opportunity for personal exploration, growth and creativity, and offer invaluable respite care for individuals with disabilities and their families. The Camping and Therapeutic Recreation Program operates year round and provides more than 400 individuals from around the state (and as far away as New Mexico), almost endless opportunities for recreation and fun. Currently we serve a population ranging from 7 to 82 years of age, with more than 40% having been diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum.

This year, the event will be on July 23 and 24th but you do not have to spend the night. More details can be found here.
