We’re back! After a few months off, the Baltimore Family Bike Party returns for our third annual ride around Hampden and Wyman Park for a hilly and festive evening ride featuring a playground, a cruise down the Avenue, and a visit to the famous Miracle on 34th Street.
Here are a few special reminders for this month’s ride:
>> Don’t forget to light your bike (and your kid)! For this evening ride, children riding independently this month must have lights attached to clothing or bikes to participate. We’ll be bringing along a few extras but do your part and make sure your little ones are well-lit in front and back.
>> Invite your kid-free friends and neighbors! Let’s end the year with a celebration for the whole Baltimore biking community – families, friends and neighbors all.
>> Dress warmly and stay tuned for weather updates! Warm hats and gloves are essential for riding with children in the winter. If it is snowing or raining on December 20, we will try for December 21 instead
