The GAP ride will begin at Canal Place in Cumberland, Maryland and go 15 miles up to the Frostburg Trail Head.  At Frostburg, a rest stop will be available with food and drinks.  Riders will then head back to Cumberland to finish the ride.  If riders do not want to go to Frostburg they can turn around at anytime and enjoy a gentle down hill ride back to Cumberland.  There will be a couple volunteer support riders on this option.  Any questions e-mail nicholsjoe8261@yahoo.com
