We Seek Your Financial Sponsorship and Support

To promote and present this high-profile, one day event where we will discuss our shared priorities and explore collective action in the year ahead. Year-round sponsorship and support opportunities are also available.  More info here

Event Details

We will gather at the Miller Senate Office Building in Annapolis, 11 Bladen St, Annapolis, MD 21401 in the main hall to review Bike Maryland’s and other pro-bicycling advocates legislative agendas for the 2026 Session and hear from state elected and state agency officials, as well as special guest speakers who will add informed perspective to upcoming legislation, while we socialize, drink coffee, and eat pastries; then we will  disperse for meetings with representatives in Delegate and Senate offices from 12-1:30pm.

Registration is closed

Audience

This year, we’ve room for 300 attendees – and plans to share pre- and post-event updates with our 16,000 active contacts. Our goal is to visibly grow, sustain and motivate the pro-bicycling constituency in our neighborhoods, our state, our country and our world.

Legislative Outlook

These are neither the best of times, nor the worst of times, but the 2026 Maryland Legislative Session is tasked with addressing a $1.4 billion higher-than-anticipated budget deficit. However, the economic, environmental and quality of life payoffs of bicycling are far too great to be left out of deficit and post-deficit funding decisions.

Parking

Downtown Annapolis is crowded during the Maryland legislative session and garages may fill up.
The closest garages within walking distance are Gotts, Whitmore, Knighton and Hillman (the Calvert Garage is closed to the public).
The USNA Stadium has plenty of outdoor parking with either a shuttle or 1 mile walk/bike to the Miller Senate Building.
Most street parking in the downtown area is limited to 2 hours.
You might consider parking outside the downtown area and walking or biking to the Miller Senate Building. There are a few bike racks but you can also lock your bike to the metal fences near the building entrance.
